Name Change Request
We inform you that the named NTABASIGANTWARI Xxx son/daughter of Ntagwabir Damien and Mukaneza Rose, domiciled at Kaziba Village, Mutarama Cell, Mukarange Sector, Gicumbi District in The Northern Province applied for the authorization of the change of name from his current name NTABASIGANTWARI Xxx to be called NTABASIGINTWARI Aimee Desire in the national Population registry. The reason for the change of name is that it is a name i used at school since the beginning of my studies.
